The ASY series laboratory stirred ball mill is a flexible, reliable and compact model that can meet all the grinding and dispersion needs of laboratories, and also conveniently and precisely scale up the experimental results to the production model.
Operating principle
The grinding medium (grinding balls) is driven to move vigorously by the high-speed rotating stirring shaft (with blades), and the following is applied to the material:
✅ High-intensity impact (shattering large particles
✅ Multi-layer shear force (stripping fine particles)
✅ Three-dimensional extrusion friction (achieving nanometer-level crushing)
👉 The energy transfer efficiency is 5 to 10 times that of traditional drum ball mills and can directly act on material particles.
