The ZKG series vacuum drying oven heats and dries the materials under vacuum conditions. And a vacuum pump was used for air extraction and dehumidification, which accelerated the drying rate. If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser.
Characteristic
The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum. This increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, thus saving the heat transfer area of the evaporator for a certain heat transfer quantity.
Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying. No impurities are mixed in during the drying process. Comply with GMP requirements. It belongs to a static vacuum dryer; Therefore, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
