This machine is an intermittent operation micro-pressure filtration and dewatering equipment with a high solid-phase recovery rate. It can separate fine particles smaller than 1 micron, and the discharged liquid is pure and colorless. It can put the slurry in at one time or intermittently multiple times, with minimal slurry loss.
The cylinder and all parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel, which will not contaminate the materials. It is particularly suitable for the rapid dewatering process of slurry produced by various equipment.
This machine is based on the traditional filter press and has been modified with an internal discharge mechanism. It saves time and labor during discharge, is easy to operate, does not pollute the environment, and can complete the discharge under the protection of inert gas.
