The horizontal helical ribbon mixer is composed of a U-shaped container, helical ribbon stirring blades and transmission components. Helical blades are generally made in double or triple layers. The outer helical layer gathers the materials from both sides to the center, while the inner helical layer conveys the materials from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing. The helical ribbon mixer has a good effect on the mixing of viscous or agglomerative powder and granular materials, as well as the mixing of liquid and paste materials added to the powder and granular materials. The cylinder cover can be made into a fully open door to facilitate the cleaning and product replacement of the equipment.
This equipment can be equipped with a humidification system device and a gas protection device as per customer requirements.
