Y-type double helix conical mixer

The Y-type double helix conical mixer is widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, coatings, pigments, dyes, pesticides, rubber feed, additives, refractory materials, fine chemicals, new materials, electronics and plastics, ceramics, mining, and building materials for the combination of solids and "solids" (i.e., powders and powders), liquids and liquids, and powders and liquids. This machine has a wide adaptability to mixed materials. It will not cause overheating for heat-sensitive materials, nor will it crush or grind granular materials. It will not cause stratification and segregation when mixing materials with significant differences in specific gravity and particle size. It also has good adaptability to the mixing of coarse materials, fine materials, ultrafine particles, fibers or flakes.

Operating principle
The rapid self-rotation of the two asymmetrical screws inside the mixer cylinder lifts the materials upwards, forming two asymmetrical helical material flows along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. The revolution of the screws driven by the rotating arm causes the materials outside the screws to enter the helical envelope to varying degrees. Some of the materials are lifted out of alignment, while others are thrown out of the helical. This achieves the continuous renewal and diffusion of materials in the circumferential direction. The two streams of materials lifted to the upper part then converge towards the central concave cavity, forming a downward material flow that fills the cavity at the bottom, thus creating a convective circulation. Due to the combination of the above-mentioned movements, the materials were uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing accuracy was relatively high.

Structural features
The Y1 type double helix conical mixer is composed of a liquid spray atomization device, a transmission part, a cylinder cover, a screw, a cylinder body, a discharge valve, etc.
1. Liquid spray atomization device: The liquid spray atomization device is composed of a rotary joint and a liquid spray component. The liquid spray component is fixed on the lower end cover of the distribution box with a flange. The rotary joint and the liquid spray component are movably connected to facilitate the fixation of the rotary joint on the pipeline.
2.The transmission part: The movements of the self-rotating motor and the public rotating motor are adjusted to a reasonable speed through worm gears and gears, and then transmitted to the screw to achieve both self-rotating and public rotating movements.
3.The cylinder cover section: The cylinder cover supports the entire transmission part. The transmission part is fixed to the cylinder cover by screws. The cylinder cover is equipped with a feeding port, an observation port, a cleaning port and a maintenance hole.
4.The spiral section: When the two asymmetrically arranged spirals inside the cylinder perform self-revolution and planetary motion, they flip the materials over a large range, enabling the materials to quickly achieve uniform mixing.
5.The cylinder section: The cylinder is of conical structure and is used for carrying materials. It discharges materials quickly, thoroughly, without material accumulation and no dead corners for discharging.
6.Discharge valve: The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder and is used to control the material and discharge. This discharge valve can be divided into three structural forms: manual, pneumatic and electric. According to the user's needs, a liquid discharge valve (slurry valve) can be added.
