Introduction to VC High-Efficiency Mixer:
  The VC high-efficiency mixer is a new mixing equipment developed by our company in combination with advanced foreign technologies. It enhances the mixing efficiency, ensuring that particles are thoroughly mixed and dispersed, and can achieve uniform mixing at the micron level. It has a wide range of applications, such as strong mixing of slurry, liquid and powder, spheroidization, dispersion, drying, granulation and coating functions.

The principle of VC high-efficiency mixer:
The product is fed through the top of the conical mixing chamber, with a feeding range of 30% to 100%. There is a top-driven high-speed rotating shaft in the middle of the equipment, thus eliminating the sealing design and bearings in the product area. There is a paddle type mixing element closely adhering to the inner wall on the shaft. The product is carried from the bottom to the upper part of the mixing chamber through the combined action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle and the conical inner chamber. When the product reaches its top, it then falls back to the center of the mixing chamber. This way of the product forms a rapid macroscopic mixing.
