The weightless mixer is a highly efficient powder and granular mixing equipment. Its core feature is that the double paddles inside the mixing cylinder drive the materials to perform complex spatial movements, keeping the materials in a nearly "weightless" suspended state during the mixing process, thereby achieving rapid and uniform mixing.
The working principle is as follows: Two symmetrically arranged stirring shafts rotate in opposite directions. The paddles lift the materials from the bottom of the cylinder upwards and simultaneously scatter and diffuse them to both sides. The materials form a continuous circulating flow inside the cylinder. Materials of different components are fully interwoven in a suspended state, eliminating stratification and agglomeration, and achieving a high degree of uniformity in mixing.

4. It features low operating noise, low energy consumption, a reasonable gap between the blades and the cylinder wall, and minimal material wear, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements for material morphology.
