The V-type mixer series products are V-type high-efficiency asymmetric mixers. One end of it is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and then the reducer transmits it to the V-shaped barrel through a coupling. Make the V-shaped drum operate continuously to drive the materials inside the drum to mix up and down, left and right.   The operation method of the V-type mixer: When it is running with materials, first open the feeding port of the mixer and confirm whether the discharge port is closed. Then, put the specified amount of materials into the V-type hopper according to the process control requirements. After the feeding is completed, to prevent the material from flowing out during the mixing process, the feeding port should be closed and locked. Now it's time for the machine to work. Press the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, start the reverse button of the mixer, and adjust the motor speed to mix within the speed specified by the process. After the mixing material has reached the time specified by the process, the machine can be stopped by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, the discharge port of the mixer should be facing the ground directly, and the motor speed adjustment button should be set to the 0 position. For the V-type mixer, the stop button should be rotated to the right to cut off the power supply. The last step is to discharge the material: Open the feeding port of the V-type mixer and use the specified container to load the material into the discharge port until all the material in the hopper is discharged.

  The V-type mixer is operating normally

  The normal operation process of the V-type mixer is:

  1. Open the feeding port of the mixer and reconfirm that the discharge port is closed. Put the specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper as per the process control requirements.

  2. After the feeding is completed, close the feeding port and lock it to prevent the material from flowing out during the mixing process.

  3. Press the turn button to start the V-type mixer, adjust the motor speed, and run it slowly.

  4. During the operation of the V-type mixer, the machine body should run at a constant speed without any abnormal noise.

  5. After the mixing materials have reached the time specified by the process, the machine can be stopped by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, the discharge port of the mixer should be facing the ground directly, and the motor speed adjustment button should be set to the 0 position. For V-type mixers, the stop button should be turned to the right to cut off the power supply.
